International Peace Day 2021 and Call for Justice for Palestine

On the International Peace Day, it is essential to look over regions of the world rising about color, creed, ethnicity or religious boundaries. The International Peace Day is meant for all the human beings of the world no matter from which region they belong.

The International Peace Day was announced by The United Nations, the international body that is above religion and social boundaries. The United Nations talks about all Humans rights. All the rights including right to live, right to peace, right to freedom, right to education, right to wellbeing.

Gaza, Palestine has been in the headlines for several years of Israeli oppression. The International Peace Day calls for justice for the humans of Palestine. Israeli–Palestinian conflict dates back to 1948 with establishment of the state Israel. The conflict was resulted in the intercommunal violence in Mandatory Palestine between Israelis and Arabs from 1920 and erupted into full-scale hostilities in the 1947–48 civil war.

The long-term genocide, torture, and arbitrary arrest of Palestinian Muslims is not only unjust, it is brutal to humanity.  The United Nations turning a deaf ear and not taking appropriate actions signifies the supreme international body’s bias and partiality with a certain religious group.

If Afghanistan can be taken under custody of United States of America to take control over Taliban. Then why not the innocent Muslims of Gaza who are neither Taliban nor a part of terrorism activities can get freedom from Israeli oppression.

It’s the time to think and realize are we able to celebrate the International Peace Day today where there is still injustice prevalent in the world? International Peace Day is meant to make us feel and think how can we contribute our part in making lives better and in making world peaceful not as a member of one community but as a member of humanity.
